The organization shall comprise of Four (4) Permanent Organs namely:

1. General Assembly National Convention

2. Board of Directors (BOD)

3. National Executive Council

4. Local Chapters

​

And two (2) advisory organs namely:

1. Council of chiefs

2. Youth development Council

 

The National Convention shall serve as the General Assembly for MECA-USA deliberations, shall be held annually during the first week of July and shall be financed by the MECA-USA.
