Transition Council
The Transition Council (TC) of United MECA USA was charged with the responsibility and given a mandate to unite and reconcile all divided MECA groups and embolden a stronger Manyu group within the United States. Their mandate ends at the United MECA – USA Convention in Atlanta, Georgia.
